We had a wonderful experience at this four-star hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, even though we booked our stay last-minute. They even valeted our car for us, making our arrival hassle-free. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a traditional tatami mat space that added to the luxurious atmosphere. The hotel also provided a map and recommendations for nearby restaurants, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. we were impressed by the quality service and enhanced comfort this place offered.
I would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The experience was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The surrounding town is charming with a convenient location near the bridge, and offers a pleasant onsen street and game shop open until night. the room was spacious and comfy with a tatami mat, and the staff are kind and welcoming even for last minute bookings. There are also cozy onsens with exceptional hot spring water.
The menu for dinner at the hotel's restaurant was unavailable and not able to accommodate late bookings.

The hot springs were really nice, but what I liked best was the traditional decor of the room and the comfortable tatami mats. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even though it was New Year's Eve and they were busy. the location in the heart of the small town made it easy to walk around and explore.
The price was really high for what we got. our room was not very soundproof and we could hear other guests talking in the hallway.

The food was outstanding, especially the dinner. The hot spring water was a highlight of our trip. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location of the hotel.
The pillow was a bit uncomfortable for us, not fluffy enough.
